The Kent County Tax Office will extend business hours on Friday, September 29th and Saturday, September 30th, to allow property owners to meet the tax deadline. Hours of operation will be from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Kent Goes Purple to bring awareness to Substance Abuse and Drug Overdose Deaths. Delaware’s Division of Forensic Science (DFS) reports that in the first half of 2023, 247 suspected drug overdose deaths occurred in Delaware. The Kent County Levy Court Administrative Complex will once again have purple lights in the front of the building from September 12th - September 30th in support.
