To submit Documents for Civil Process Service 

Cashier’s check/money order required.

Made payable to Kent County Sheriff for $85.00. Additional defendants at the same address add $5.00. If multiple service addresses, it is $85.00 per address. 

Send two copies of the court issued documents with a cover letter instructing who to serve and the service address.

Include your name, address and phone number that you can be reached in case our office has any questions.

If your state/court requires a specific affidavit of service, please include this in your package.

A Self-addressed stamped envelope for our office to return our official notarized affidavit of service.
