Kent County administrative offices, including the Kent County Administrative Complex, Kent County Public Library, and the Kent County Recreation Center, will be closed on Monday, February 16, in observance of Presidents Day.There will be no delay of service for Kent County Trash Service customers.Essential public safety and emergency response services will continue without interruption.
