Kent County officials are reminding residents that county property taxes are due by Wed., Sept. 30, 2026. To accommodate taxpayers and ensure timely payments, the Kent County Tax Office will remain open until 7pm. Payment Options include: in-person; online via the Kent County website; or by mail (must be postmarked by Sept. 30). Late payments may be subject to penalties and interest.
Welcome to the Kent County Public Interest Form for Opioid Settlement Funding. This preliminary form is designed to identify partners capable of delivering high-impact abatement and remediation services to repair the harm caused by the opioid crisis. Our primary objective is to support a unified strategy for prevention, treatment, and recovery efforts specifically for Kent County residents.
The Process: Organizations that submit this form will be notified of their status within one week of the closing date. Selected organizations will then be invited to complete a formal, comprehensive application through the Prescription Opioid Settlement Distribution Commission (POSDC) private portal.
