Kent County Parks and Recreation (KCPR) is a division of the Community Services Department of Kent County Levy Court. 

KCPR strives to provide fun, safe, family-oriented recreational activities and programs that promote wellness and build community ties. KCPR offers spaces for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, sports and fitness, youth activities, and community programming. 

KCPR facilities are accessible and group friendly. 

The Community Services Administration provides:

Recreation Center "Drop-in Programming"

A Kent County Recreation Center's "Drop-In" punch card gives you access to any "drop-in" program on the schedule. Cards are $20 each and are good for 10 individual sessions of any drop-in program. A registration form must be filled out with EACH purchase. Punch cards can only be purchased at the Kent County Parks and Recreation Office at the Rec Center. CASH only after 5 PM weekdays, and on weekends. Drop-in programming may include pickleball, basketball, badminton, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, etc.

Kent County Parks & Recreation hosts special events, sports leagues, sports activities, fitness programs, arts and crafts courses & sports camps. Learn a new skill, get a great workout, or join a sports league. The is fun for the whole family at the Kent County Recreation Center or one of our many County Parks.

Registration will be accepted through the mail, in person, by fax or online on a first-come, first-served basis. Phone registrations are not accepted. Cost of activity must be paid in full when registering except if stated differently.
