There is no delay in service for Election Day or Veteran's Day. Trash will be picked up as normally scheduled.
Kent County Levy Court Offices will be closed on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 in honor of Election Day. In Kent County there is not a registration process to bid in the auction. You are required to have a cashier's check/money order in the amount of $2000 to turn over to the Deputy and a photo ID at the time if you are the winning bidder.
