Kent County Offices will be closed on Friday, April 3rd in honor of Good Friday. Essential and emergency services will still be available. Regular hours will resume on Monday, April 6th. Trash Services will not be affected.
The Sheriff's Office of Kent County would like to bring attention to another scam targeting residents. The caller, posing as a Kent County Sheriff's officer, will advise them that they missed a court date and are demanding that they pay preemptive bail or be imprisoned immediately.
The Kent County Sewer Advisory Board was established on May 15, 1973, and is responsible for advising the Kent County Levy Court Commissioners on the operations, expansions and overall development of Kent County's Sewer System and Wastewater Treatment Facility.
The Sewer Advisory Board (SAB) is comprised of 13 members, 1 from each Levy Court District and municipality as well as members from the Dover Air Force Base and the State of Delaware Department of Natural Resources & Environmental Control (DNREC).
