Building Permits

Effective December 1, 2025:  Lines and Grade Surveys are now required for development on lots smaller than one half acre. This includes additions affecting more than 500 square feet of impervious area.      Click on Ordinance 25-25: Drainage Standards (PDF, 254KB)

     

You can apply online for building permits!  It's easy, fast, and secure, and your information can be saved for convenience whenever using the services!
