The Sheriff's Office of Kent County would like to bring attention to another scam targeting residents. The caller, posing as a Kent County Sheriff's officer, will advise them that they missed a court date and are demanding that they pay preemptive bail or be imprisoned immediately.
U.S. Military Veterans receive bonus scoring points (Please note status on the application, you may be asked to submit a copy of their DD214 form as proof for points credit).
